This healthy Japanese daily recipe features shredded boiled chicken tenders, crisp mizuna greens, and boiled egg, all tossed in a flavorful miso-mayo dressing made with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ground sesame seeds, and bonito flakes. It’s a protein-packed, umami-rich salad that’s perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a light dinner.

💚INGREDIENTS  Serves 4

4 pieces  chicken tender
1 bunch of mizuna
2  half boiled egg

A)  1 Tbsp  mayonnaise  
       1  tsp     miso
      1 Tbsp  sugar
      1 tsp      sesame oil
      2 tsp     soy sauce
      2 tsp    ground sesame seeds
     1 pack dried bonito flakes


💛DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the gristle in chicken tende.Add the chicken tender in a mixing bowl.Add sake (1 Tbsp) , rub it into chiken tender well. Boil water in a pot.Add 2 tsp salt and 1 Tbsp sake, and the chiken tender, and boil on
low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, Put it in a colander,cool the chicken tender.


2. Boil water in a pot. Add the eggs for about 7 minitus.make soft-boiled eggs.Peel the egg shell.

3.Cut the roots of the mizuna and cut the mizuna into 3cm long. Tear the chicken tender with hand.


4. Mix A in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken tender and the mizuna  and the soft-boiled eggs . mush the soft-boiled egg. Mix together well.

5. Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
