💚INGREDIENTS Serves 3
3 chicken tenderloin
6 perilla (shiso)
5 umeboshi ( ume plum)
2 Tbsp potato starch
A) 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp sake
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soup stock powder (dashino moto)
💛DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the tendons of chicken tenderloin.Cut the chicken tenderloin in half vertically.
2. Add the chicken tenderloin in a mixing bowl.Add A, rub A into the chicken tenderloin well. Add potato
starch and mix well.
Remove the ume plum seed.Chop the ume plum paste.
3. Sandwich the chicken tenderloin with perilla and ume plum paste.
