💗Pan-steaming Cheese and Broccoli

💚INGREDIENTS 3 serving
1/2 broccoli
20g torokeru cheese ( melting cheese)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
💛DIRECTIONS
1 Cut little broccoli florets off the head.
2 Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the broccoli in a frying pan. Sprinkle some salt and add water
(cup 1/3). And cover the frying pan. Cook in a covered frying pan for 4 minutes.
3 Take off the cover. Sprinkle melting cheese.Cook until the cheese is melting.
4 Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
Cut the broccoli into florets
