 💗Stir-fry Bitter melon and Pork belly with curry flavor




This Japanese-style stir-fry combines bitter melon, pork belly, and eggs, seasoned with soy sauce and curry powder for a delicious, curry-flavored twist on the classic goya champuru.


💚INGREDIENTS  4  Serving


100g     pork belly
1 ( small)   bitter melon
1 chou     firm tofu
some      salt
1             egg
1  Tbsp   vegetable oil
1  Tbsp   soy sauce
1   tsp     curry powder


💛DIRECTIONS

1  Cut the bitter melon into half vertically.Remove the seeds.Cut the bitter melon into 5 milli meter. width.
Add the bitter melon into a mixing bowl.Sprinkle some salt and leave it for 5 minutes and wash away 
with rynning water.Drain the bitter melon using strainer.
Drain the tofu water with paper towel.Cut the tofu into easy-to-eat pieces.
Mix the egg in a mixing bowl.

2  Cut the pork belly iin easy-to-eat pieces.

3  Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
Add the tofu in a frying pan.Stir-fry until cooked through. Add the bitter melon and pork belly.
Stir-fry until cooked through.

4   Add soy sauce and sprinkle the curry powder.Stir-fry lightly.

5   Arrange the dishes on a serving bowl.


Cut the bitter melon into 5mm width

Cut the pork belly into easy-to-eat pieces
