4 (small) potato
2 Tbsp potato starch
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp vegetable oil
8g butter
A) 1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp water
đź’›DIRECTIONS
1. Peel the skin of the potato and cut it into bite-sized pieces.Boil water in a pot and boil the potato until it becomes soft. Put it in a colander.
2. Add the potato in a mixing bowl.Add the potato starch and milk and little salt. Mush until ot becomes smooth.Roll it into a disc shape.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.Line up the potato ball in a well greased fryiing pan.Cook it ,turning from time to time until the potato ball is nicely browned.
4. Wipe off the excess oil with paper towel.Add A and butter, mix well.
5.Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
