 💗Tomato and Cucumber Sesame Salad




This easy Japanese salad combines fresh tomatoes and crisp cucumbers with a savory dressing made from sesame oil, chicken broth powder, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. It’s a quick, flavorful side dish that adds a healthy and refreshing touch to any meal.


💚INGREDIENTS   3 Serving

1 Tomato
1 cucumber
some  salt

A)  1/2 Tbsp  sesame oil
      1   tsp   torigara soup no moto 
      1   tsp   soy sauce
      1   tsp   sugar
      1/2  Tbsp vinegar



💛DIRECTIONS


1. Chop the cucumber into chunks.Add the cucumber in a mixing bowl.Sprinkle some salt.Leave it for about 10 minutes, wash it away with water.Drain the cucumber.
Cut the tomato into wedges.

2. Add A in a mixing bowl.Mix well.Add the tomato and the cucumber , mix well.

3.Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
