💗Tukune with enoki mushroom

💚INGREDIENTS 3 serving
200g ground chicken
1 bag enoki mushroom
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
some mayonnaise
A) 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp potato starch
1 clove of minced garlic
1 clove of minced ginger
B) 1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp sake
💛DIRECTIONS
1 Cut off the stem of enoki mushrooms.Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1 cm width pieces.
Add the ground chicken and the enoki mushroom and A in a mixing bowl. Mix well with hand.
Knead well with hand.Roll the patties into 1 cm ball.
2 Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the meat ball in a frying pan.Cook untill well-browned.Turn over and cook until cooked through.
3 Wipe off the excess oil in the frying pan. Add B sauce and glaze the meat ball.
4 Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1cm width pieces
Add the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Line up the meat ball in a frying pan
Cook the meat ball on both sides in a frying pan.
