Just boil some glass noodles, toss them in a pot with enoki mushrooms and canned tuna, add a bit of water and yakiniku sauce—and you’re done. It’s light, tasty, and great for your digestion. 💚INGREDIENTS 3 Serving
50g spring rain
1 pack enoki mushroom
1 canned tuna
6 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp yakinuku no tare
some sesame
💛DIRECTIONS
1. Boil water in a pot. Add the spring rain. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the spring rain in a colander.Cut the spring rain into easy -to-eat pieces.
2.Cut the root of the enoki mushrooms.Cut the enoki mushrooms in half.Separate the enoki mushrooms
3.Wipe off the excess oil of canned tuna with paper towel.
4.Add the spring rain and the enoki mushrooms and the tuna and water (6 Tbsp) and yakiniku no tare (3 Tbsp) in a pot. Cook until the liquid is gone.
5. Sprinkle some sesame.
6.Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
