1 tama udon
1/4 onion
1/2 cup hhondashi
400cc water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp mirin
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp miso (awase miso)

1. Slice the onion thinly
2. Boil the udon for one minutes . Drain the udon in a colander.
3.Add water (400cc) in a pot, and boil.Add the hondashi, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, bring to a boil.Add the udon.
4.Crack and beat the egg in a bowl. Pour the egg in the pot. Turn off the heat before the eggs set.
5. Arrange the udon in a donburi.
