1 pack enoki mushroom
A)1 pack natto
100g kimuchi
1 Tbsp mentsuyu
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
💛DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the root of the enoki mushroom. Cut the enoki mushroom in half.Add the enoki mushroom in a heat-resistant container. pour sake (2 Tbsp). Microwave it for 1.5 minutes.
2.Mix the natto with commercial sauce.
3.Mix A in a mixing bowl.Add the enoki mushroom in the mixing bowl.Mix well.
