💜Good for Diet:
A key point of this Healthy Tofu Okonomiyaki is that it uses very little wheat flour. Instead, the batter combines tofu and just three tablespoons of potato starch, making it lower in carbohydrates and perfect for those looking for a lighter, diet-friendly option.
💜Cooking tips:
As an extra tip, although it’s not included in this version, adding a small amount of natto (fermented soybeans) to the batter can make a big difference. The sticky texture of natto helps bind the ingredients together, preventing the mixture from falling apart when you flip it. It’s a simple but effective trick for making perfectly shaped and easy-to-handle okonomiyaki.
