💜About Pork Japchae:

Pork Japchae is a beloved dish not only in Korea but also in Japan, where it has become a popular home-cooked meal. While traditional Japchae typically uses beef, substituting pork makes this recipe more affordable without sacrificing flavor. The key to a perfect Pork Japchae is to simmer the sauce until it almost evaporates, allowing the dish to absorb all the rich, savory flavors.
