đź’šINGREDIENTS    3 Serving

1 pack   shirataki

180g   pork

1 pack  enoki mushrooms

1 bunch  chinese  chives

A) 2 Tbsp  yakiniku sauce ( yakiniku no tare)

     1/2  Tbsp   mentsuyu


đź’›DIRECTIONS

1.Drain the shirataki in a colander.Cut the shirataki into easy-to-eat pieces.Cut the stem of the enoki mushrooms.Cut the enoki mushrooms  in half. Separate the enoki mushrooms.Cut thi chinese chives into 3cm long.

2.Coat the pork with potato starch.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.Add the pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the shirataki and the enoki mushrooms. Stir-fry furthermore.

4.Add the chinese chives and A,Stir-fry.

5,Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.

To make the pork extra tender, coat it with cornstarch before cooking. This simple step helps to keep the meat juicy and soft. If you don't have yakiniku sauce on hand, you can substitute it with a mixture of soy sauce and sugar. While the flavor will be slightly different, it still creates a delicious alternative.
