💚INGREDIENTS  3 Serving

1  (330g)   chicken breast meat

1 Tbsp    sake

little     salt

1 Tbsp  potato starch

1/2 Tbsp  olive oil

A) 2 Tbsp  ponzu sauce

      2 cm  wasabi (tube)

     8g     butter

     1/2 Tbsp  sugar

💛DIRECTIONS

1.Slice the chicken breast thinly.Rub chicken breast in the salt and the sake.Coat the chicken breast with potato starch.

2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.Line up the chicken breast in a frying pan.Cook that on both sides until cooked through.

3.Add A in a frying pan. Toss with the sauce.

4.Arrnge the steak in a serving plate.
