1 Tbsp sake
little salt
1 Tbsp potato starch
1/2 Tbsp olive oil

2 cm wasabi (tube)
8g butter
1/2 Tbsp sugar

1.Slice the chicken breast thinly.Rub chicken breast in the salt and the sake.Coat the chicken breast with potato starch.
