💚INGREDIENTS   3 Serving

1   chicken

5 pieces   cabbage

3                shiitake mushrooms

little       salt

little        sake

1 Tbsp  potato starch

A) 2 Tbsp  yakiniku sauce

    1  tsp  gochujang


💛DIRECTONS

1.Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat pieces. Sprinkle little salt ,rub .Coat the chicken with the potato starch.

2.Cut the stem of the shiitake mushrooms. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 5mm wide thinly.Cut the cabbage into large pieces.

3.heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken . Stir-fry it until cooked through.Add little sake, stir-fry.Add the cabbage and the shiitake msurooms. Stir-fry until the cabbage is tender.Add A .Stir-fry quickly.

4.Arrange the dishes in a serving bowl.
