💗Potato and Mixed mince meat Nikujaga-style soup (Japanese Daily recipe)
💚INGREDIENTS 4 Serving
3 potato
200g mixed mince meat
1 clove of ginger (chopped)
A)500cc water
3 Tbsp sake
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp mirin
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp hondashi
B) 1 Tbsp potato starch
2 Tbsp water
💛DIRECTIONS
1.Peel the skin of the potato. Cut the potato into large pieces.
2.Boil water in a pot. Add the potato in a pot.Boil it for 5 minutes.Transfer the potao in a colander.
3.heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the ginger (chopped) and the mixed mince meat.Stir-fry until the meat changes colour.Add the potato .Stir-fry moreover.
4.Add A in a pot. Bring to a boil.Add 3's ingredients in a pot.Simmer with a drop lid on a pot over low-heat for about 15 minutes.Add B in a pot to thicken.
5.Arrange the soup in a serving bowl.
Cut the potato into large pieces
Boil the potato for 5 minutes
Stir-fry the mixed mince meat
Stir-fry the potato with the mix minced meat
