💚INGREDIENTS   3 Serving

3    eggs

1  pack  (200g)   bean sprouts

1/2     carrot

1/2   green onion

2      green pepper

some    sesame oil

1 clove of ginger

1/2 Tbsp  vinegar

A) 1 Tbsp vinegar

     1 Tbsp  soy dauce

     1 Tbsp  sugar

B) 1 Tbsp potato starch

      2 Tbsp  water


💛DIRECTIONS

1.Peel the skin of the carrot.Cut the carrot into julinenne strips.Cut the green onion 1cm diagonally.Remove the seed of the green pepper.Cut the green pepper into julinenne strips.Cut the ginger into julinenne strips.Cut the ginger into julinenne strips.Wash the bean sprouts in water.Drain it in a colander.

2.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.Add 1 's ingredients(vegetables) in a frying pan.Stir-fry until tender.Add water (70cc) and A.Bring to a boil.Add B.Mix to thicken.

3.Boil water in a pot.Add vinegar and the eggs.Make soft-boiled eggs.Transfer the eggs to a  bowl  filled with water.Peel the egg's shell.

4.Arrange the soft-boiled eggs in a serving bowl.Pour 2 's ankake sauce.
